Last week, I finally got to check out @replenishta

Last week, I finally got to check out @replenishtampa on Gandy Blvd in South Tampa!

Replenish IV Solutions is locally owned and operated, and offers a wide variety of different IV therapies, vitamin injections, and even botox and filler. Their seating area was so clean and comfortable too, with massage chairs while you receive your IV (I almost took a little snooze 😴).

I got the Refresher IV to help with athletic recovery and rehydration 💪🏼which contains a vitamin B complex, vitamin C, magnesium and calcium! It only took about 30 minutes and I left feeling super relaxed (thanks, magnesium!)

They also have IV’s for hangover recovery and pre-traveling immunity boosters, which I definitely will be coming back for!!

They even have a wedding package for before/after and a concierge service! 👰🏼‍♀️ If I were getting married in Tampa I would DEFINITELY opt in for this on my wedding day!

They have 3 convenient locations in South Tampa, Harbor Island and Carrolwood, or they can come right to your home! Be sure to check them out and tell them I sent ya!!

My favorite @silklaserhair.skincare has a new location in South Tampa and WOW 😍 it is goooorgeous and giving all the Tulum spa vibes!!

I got a Buccal facial, which incorporates guasha stone, massage and cupping techniques to release jaw and head tension. I get TMJ so it felt SO good and especially after holding my jaw open for 3 hours for a root canal earlier this week, I felt some serious relief. This particular facial is also great if you get headaches!! Even if you don’t suffer from either (lucky), it’s pretty amazing how much tension we hold in our face without even realizing it!

Make sure to check out @silklaserhair.skincare at their new location, even if you just pop by to grab a facial gift card for Mother’s Day (you’re welcome!) or some skincare!
